How our pricing works
The prices above are starting points. After a free assessment or consultation, we prepare a written quote setting out the scope of work, the professional fee and the payment schedule. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote in writing, and we respond to inquiries within 1 business day.
What affects your quote
- Which program or stream you are applying under — each has different forms and evidence
- The complexity of your history, such as prior refusals, gaps in status or past misrepresentation findings
- How many family members are included in one application
- Whether an employer is also involved, such as an LMIA and compliance work running alongside the worker's permit
- Deadlines and how much preparation time is available
Government fees are separate
Professional fees cover our work. Government processing fees are set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or, for LMIAs, by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), and are paid directly to the government when you submit. They change over time, so we confirm the current amount for your specific application before you pay.
Each of our service pages lists the government fees and official IRCC sources for that application. For example:
- Study permit — government fee table and official IRCC fee page.
- Spousal sponsorship — sponsorship, principal applicant and right-of-permanent-residence fee components.
- Citizenship — current grant and certificate fees with the official IRCC link.
- Employer LMIAs — the usual ESDC processing charge per position, exemptions, and the rule that these costs cannot be recovered from the worker.
Third-party costs such as language tests, educational credential assessments, medicals and police certificates are paid to those providers directly and are not part of our fee.
What a professional engagement includes
- A case review and a plain-English explanation of the pathway we recommend
- A personalized document checklist and help gathering the right evidence
- Preparation and review of the forms and supporting submissions
- Submission of the application and handling of follow-up correspondence
- Status updates at agreed milestones, and answers to your questions in between
Your written agreement states exactly what is included, what is out of scope, and the payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope — for example, a new application after a refusal — is quoted separately before it begins.
Written quote
Scope, fee and payment schedule in writing before you engage us.
Government fees at cost
We confirm current IRCC/ESDC amounts and pay them to the government — no markup.
Fast response
We reply to inquiries within 1 business day.
Payment schedule
Most engagements are staged: an amount on signing the agreement and the balance at defined milestones, such as before submission. The exact amounts and timing are set in your written agreement, so you know what is due at each stage before you commit. If we cannot take a matter on — for example, where we do not believe an application is likely to succeed — we tell you rather than accept the file.
